Duos turnkey automation systems include electrical instrumentation and controls from control panel design and construction to command center installation to Human Machine Interface (HMI) development and documentation. Machine parameters and batch recipes are downloaded directly into control systems providing real-time production data quickly and easily. From intra-plant to multiple sites over a wide area network, data access is network-driven, with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, and HMI stations feeding into a central supervisory monitoring system. Using digital video technology, "video over IP", we provide intelligence and data as required to maximize plant operations. Video is displayed at multiple workstations, remotely, and directly onto an HMI.
