The praesidium® sensor detection suite analyzes and processes incoming video and sensor feeds utilizing algorithms to detect specific activities and events for security and surveillance applications. praesidium® software can be combined with additional intelligent browser-based mapping software to visualize the type and location of a suspected security breach. The system is designed to simultaneously detect multiple events and to process each event in accordance with user-defined parameter settings, and thus creates cognitive information and functions as a management platform in a network-centric environment; enabling decision makers to evaluate threats in real-time and collaborate using the same data. praesidium® allows both real-time local and remote monitoring using a customized browser-based user interface combined with a standard Active-X plug-in. Licensing is on a per server basis and permits an unlimited number of users.
